What happens after the 14 day trial?

Nothing is charged automatically. We will show you what your team actually used during the trial and you decide whether to continue. If you do nothing, the workspace simply pauses.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You start the trial with an email address. Card details are only needed when you choose a plan.

Is the launch pricing permanent?

No, and we would rather say so plainly. Launch pricing applies to your first year. After that the plan renews at the standard rate, ₹1,999 for Essential and ₹4,999 for Pro.

What counts as a user?

Anyone with their own login. Field reps, managers and admins all count. You can add and remove users at any time and we bill the difference.

How accurate is the AI?

It depends on what you give it. The card scanner reads a clear photograph well and a creased card in poor light less well. The assistant answers from your own records, so tidy data gives better answers. Brew93 AI can make mistakes, which is why every answer shows the underlying records rather than only a summary.

How does WhatsApp sync work?

Brew93 connects through Meta directly, or through Twilio or Interakt, whichever suits your setup. Customer conversations flow into the CRM automatically. Available on Pro and above.

Where does my data live, and does it reach OpenAI or Google?

Your data stays on our cloud infrastructure in India. The AI runs on open source models we host privately, so your customer data is not sent to OpenAI, Google or Anthropic. Access is isolated at the workspace level.

Can we self host?

On Enterprise, yes. We can run the model you choose inside your own domain and infrastructure, so nothing leaves your environment.

Is GST included?

No. All prices exclude 18% GST.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, in either direction. Upgrades apply immediately and we pro rate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

How do I cancel?

From your workspace settings, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you can export your data before you go.
