Brew93 is built by KlyONIX Tech Consulting Private Limited, an ERP implementation firm. We did not start with a CRM idea. We started by watching teams fail to use one.
Why Brew93 exists
KlyONIX Tech implements ERPNext and Frappe for businesses across India. That work puts us inside the operations of companies that are growing fast and running on spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads and memory.
The same pattern kept appearing. Leadership buys a CRM. The office team fills it in. The field team, the people actually meeting customers, never touch it. Within a quarter the data is stale and the reports are fiction.
The problem was never the feature list. It was that entering data cost more effort than the rep got back. So we built the interaction the other way round: you talk to it, and it does the filing.

Started in Pollachi, Coimbatore as an ERPNext implementation firm, doing hands on rollouts for businesses across India.

The pattern became obvious
Across implementations, the same failure repeated: field teams never fed the CRM, so leadership dashboards ran on stale fiction.

A chat first CRM where talking is the interface. Android app live on Google Play, web app running, iOS on the way.

Deeper AI inside daily operations, self hosted deployments for enterprises, and the same honesty in how we sell it.
Where we are heading
From ERP implementation to AI native operations
ERPNext and Frappe gave Indian businesses an open, affordable operations backbone. What most of them still lack is a way to interact with it that does not require training every new joiner on a hundred screens.
Brew93 is the first product from that thesis, aimed at sales because that is where the pain is sharpest and the data is worst. It is not the last.
